Awesome stay with great vibes!
We stayed for 4 nights and had a blast! The staff was super friendly. Loved the delicious breakfast spread and enjoyed the evening canapes while chatting with other guests. Only downside was the limited space in the room to unpack my stuff, but otherwise, it was perfect for our family trip!

Extremely accommodating and outstandingly accommodating staff, they made my day!!
I lovely spend 2 nights in Queenstown. This hotel was located in a very central area near "downtown " Queenstown. It also was very close to town centre. The room was functional and fashionable, offered a comfy couch, a kettle, and a toaster.

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Amenities
We had an amazing family getaway, enjoying the amazing views from our Remarkables View King Room. The breakfasts were excellent, especially the made-to-order eggs. The complimentary wine hour and cozy atmosphere. Pro tip, book early for better parking options!

Perfect for Couples Seeking Comfort
So, I stayed 3 nights in a Gondola View Double Room, and let me tell you, the complimentary canapés and drinks at 6 PM were a classy touch. The staff treated us like royalty, going out of their way to prepare a boxed breakfast so we could leave early on our last day. It was like they actually cared about us.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but for what you get, it's reasonable.

The hotel boasts excellent service, and the complimentary canapés and drinks were a good touch. The view from our room was not as impressive as expected, and the bathroom felt a bit cramped. A lovely stay in a great location.

Amazing, amazing, amazing.
I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality from the staff, especially from Diego and Ken. My room offered amazing views of the mountains. Each morning began with a delicious breakfast that fueled us for our adventures, followed by complimentary evening canapés, made mingling with fellow guests an absolute delight.
